Aged just 19, and after getting a distinction in her level 2 Front of House Apprenticeship and starting her level 3 Hospitality Supervisor Apprenticeship, Megan has stepped up in her confidence, her communication and her teamwork skills. She has develop leadership, time management and organisational skills, both at work and at home. With a passion for cocktails already ignited, Megan has also completed her APLH, a level 2 wine course, online training courses via CPL and also the Diageo Bar Academy and is always keeping an eye out for additional development opportunities to help her realise her dream of one day running her own pub!
