Handerline’s apprenticeship journey has taken her from shy, unsure teenager, to confident, talented Sous Chef over the past few years. Honing her skills in the kitchen, but also boosting her belief in her abilities, her growth and obvious passion for food and hospitality as a whole were clear to see. With huge ambition and a clear understanding of where her focus and development needs to be, this young chef will be one to watch.
