Achieving his Level 5 Operations Department Manager Apprenticeship, Chris has seen tremendous benefits, not only to his career, but also to his family and personal life, as well as the lives of his team. Having recently been promoted to the GM of the biggest pub in the Shepherd Neame estate, the Ship and Trade, the judges were impressed with how seamlessly Chris has taken the opportunity his apprenticeship gave him, to supercharge his career. Not satisfied with his level 5, he is now starting a Level 7 Senior Leader Apprenticeship, with a view to progressing to Operations Manager, but also fulfilling his dream of getting his degree. The judges have absolutely no doubt that he will succeed, but most importantly, will enrich the lives of his teams and customers along the way.
