Alex has grown from strength to strength both personally and professionally, helped in the main by his continuous enthusiasm and willingness to learn. Going from never having poured a pint 4 years ago, to being Assistant Manager has been a huge journey, and Alex has since implemented many new ideas in his business, including a Whiskey class, which was so successful, it has been rolled out across all Brewhouse and Kitchen venues. We can’t wait to see what the next steps bring for him and the his journey in Brewhouse and Kitchen.
