Harley has been non-stop since he started, with his attitude towards the business, apprenticeship and entire industry leading him to become a Front of House Supervisor. The whole team has been really responsive and respectful of his role, and they work closely together to look after each other and the business. Having been awarded the MAD award two years in a row, shows just how valuable in the company Harley is.
