Having been in the industry for over 20 years, Sallyann proved you are able to learn on the job by stepping into apprenticeships and pushing herself to be an even better Assistant Manager. Completing a Level 4, she immediately went onto start her level 5 which has really helped her be closer with the team and implement great ideas in her business, building up their cliental, and introducing a whole calendar of events, bringing the community back into the pub. Sally has since been promoted at The George Hotel to General Manager after a successful interim period while completing her level 5, it shows her Apprenticeship has had a massive impact on her promotion.
