Edward has always aspired to push the boundaries within in his current role, all the time focused on what is next. When the opportunity for a trainee role came up for him, it was a no brainer. The biggest achievement for Edward with his apprenticeship is just how much confidence it has given him to lead, and the impact he has throughout the whole company is easy to see.
