Jamie has turned a part-time role into a fantastic career opportunity within a few short months. With the support and guidance of his learning provider, and the leadership team in his pub, he has already gained confidence, and a huge skill set, being able to run a busy kitchen alone. Having only just finished his Production Chef apprenticeship, he already has plans for the next one, and we know that this is only the beginning of an incredibly bright future for Jamie.
