Charlotte’s tenacity, resilience and hard work saw her achieve impressive results in her apprenticeship. Her passion for the kitchen was clear to see, but it was her calm and positive attitude that really shone through, particularly her participation in the Salon Culiniere competition at the very last minute. A brilliant young apprentice who will go on to do amazing things.
